These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZiD Online Madrasa website (https://zidacademy.online) and the online Islamic education services (“Services”) we provide, including Quran, Hifz, Tajweed, Thafseer, Arabic language, moral studies, parenting sessions and the Diploma in Islamic Studies. By enrolling in a course, submitting an admission application, or making a payment on this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
ZiD Online Madrasa is an online madrasa providing live, teacher-led Islamic education classes to students of all ages, delivered remotely via video call and messaging platforms.
2. Enrollment and Admission
Submitting an Admission Application does not guarantee a seat in a specific batch or timing. Enrollment is confirmed only after ZiD Online Madrasa contacts you to confirm batch availability and payment is received. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.
3. Fees and Payment
Course fees are displayed on our website in AED and must be paid in full through our approved payment partner (Razorpay) before a student’s seat is confirmed. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers — all payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please refer to our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: once a course or batch has started, fees paid are non-refundable.
5. Classes and Conduct
Students are expected to attend live classes on time and behave respectfully towards teachers and fellow students. ZiD Online Madrasa reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to classes for any student found engaging in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct, without a refund.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellation of Classes by Us
On rare occasions, ZiD Online Madrasa may need to reschedule or cancel a class due to teacher unavailability or technical issues. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify students in advance and reschedule the class at a mutually convenient time.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, syllabus content, logos and website content are the property of ZiD Online Madrasa and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
ZiD Online Madrasa strives to provide quality Islamic education but does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, as progress depends on individual student effort and attendance. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our Services.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
